Sycamore Family Chiropractic
A seven-page site for a family practice: a care finder that changes for a baby, a parent, or a grandparent, and booking that picks a real day and time.
View siteCustom, mobile-first sites for chiropractic practices, with online booking built in and pages written around the questions new patients actually ask. Built in 7–10 days, then reviewed on a private link before launch.

Three complete example sites for fictional practices, built exactly the way we'd build yours. Open any of them and click through every page.

View siteA one-page site for a cash-based sports practice: a tap-where-it-hurts body map, transparent pricing, and a three-tap booking flow.
View siteAn eight-page site for an injury-focused practice: condition pages for car crashes, back pain, and desk work, a 72-hour after-accident checklist, and same-day visit requests.
View siteMost of them search on a phone, compare two or three practices, and book from the one that answers their questions fastest. Every part of the build serves that moment.
All three example sites, at the size most patients will actually see them.
Designed for the phone first, since that's where most patients find you. Up to eight pages, every word written for your practice.
Jane, ChiroTouch, SKED, or whatever you already use, connected so booking takes a tap instead of a phone call.
Clean structure, fast pages, and the right details so Google understands what you do and where you are.
Hours, address, phone, and reviews match your listing, so the profile people see on Maps and your site tell the same story.
Pages that answer what people actually search for: what's wrong, what it will cost, and what happens on the first visit.
Included in every build. Feedback by email or a quick video call, whichever is easier for you.
A typical build runs two to three weeks from deposit to launch, including your review.
A signed agreement and a deposit of about 30% hold your build slot. The rest is due at launch.
After a thirty-minute walkthrough of your practice, on a call or by email, we design and build the full site.
Click through the finished site on a private link. Two rounds of revisions are included.
We connect your domain and your booking system, sync your Google Business listing, and go live.
Three things. We write every word and handle everything technical.
Every build is quoted in a one-page proposal, so you see the full price before anything starts.

IntakeStudio is a web design studio in Burbank, California. We build for chiropractic practices, so every site starts from what already works for them: condition-led pages, honest visit counts, and booking that's never more than a tap away.
The studio is run by Alex Serobian, who worked at a high-volume chiropractic practice before starting it and is now a chiropractic student at Southern California University of Health Sciences. The questions your patients ask before they book, and the ones your front desk answers all day, are not guesses here.
You work directly with Alex from the first call to launch. No account managers, no hand-offs, no templates, so nothing gets lost between the person who sells the work and the person who builds it. Requests and feedback go by email or a quick video call, whichever is easier for you.
“An intake form marks the moment a stranger becomes your patient. That moment is the whole job, and it is where this studio gets its name.”Burbank, California

Most builds run two to three weeks from deposit to launch: 7–10 days to build, then your review and two rounds of revisions. The site goes live within fourteen days of your first look at it.
Yes. We design the new site from scratch and bring over anything worth keeping: photos, reviews, your domain. Your current site stays up until the new one goes live, so there's no gap.
You do, permanently: the design, the content, the code, and the domain, which stays registered in your name. If you ever cancel the care plan, we hand over the site files with instructions for pointing your domain, and keep it running for thirty days while you move it. Nothing is ever withheld.
You can ask for them. The care plan covers about an hour of changes a month, done for you within two days: text, photos, hours, staff. New pages, new features, or a different look are quoted separately.
Chiropractic practices are the focus, so the design, the copy, and the booking setup start from what already works for them. If you run a similar practice, get in touch.
Yes. Everything happens by email and video call, so where you are doesn't matter.
A few details are enough. We'll reply with a couple of questions, then send a one-page proposal.
All three are concept builds for fictional practices, made to show what a chiropractic site can be when it's written for the patient searching at 11 p.m. Click through every page of each one.
A two-doctor family practice on the second floor of a Park Slope walk-up, seeing everyone from newborns to grandparents. The site had to feel warm and neighborhood-scale, and answer the questions a nervous first-timer has before they ever pick up the phone.
A cash-based sports practice on Sunset Boulevard for runners, climbers, lifters, and people who sit for a living. The site had to be fast and direct, with prices in the open and nothing between a sore back and a booked visit.
A one-doctor practice in Larchmont Village that sees people after car crashes, work injuries, and years at a desk. Most patients arrive hurt and worried about paperwork, so the site had to be calm, exact, and fast to act on: same-day visits, with the insurance and attorney forms handled for them.
Tell us a little about it. A couple of questions by email, then a one-page proposal with the full price.
